Upstate New York Congressman John Sweeney toured part of his sprawling district today with former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani by his side. The 8-year incumbent Republican is facing Democratic challenger Kirsten Gillibrand in what political analysts are touting as one of the key contests in the race for control of the U.S. House of Representatives. WAMC's Capital District Bureau Chief Jessica Bloustein was in Saratoga Springs today with Sweeney and Giuliani.
