They have come up with a plan to provide unserved residents of Appalachian Ohio with internet service under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
The director of the Ohio Appalachia Broadband Coalition, Chris Cooper, says they want residents in southeast Ohio to have the same service as everyone else.
Cooper says they plan to use a fraction of the 7.2 billion dollars provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment act to extend the service to 34 counties in appalachian Ohio. © Copyright 2012, WOUB
