Golisano Expected to Battle Bloomberg on Term Limits BUFFALO (wned) - The issue of New York City's term-limits law is shaping up as the battle of billionaires.

In one corner is Michael Bloomberg, the billionaire who wants to change the law so he can run for a 3rd term as mayor.

In the other corner is Tom Golisano, the billionaire owner of the Buffalo Sabres who is against changing the law without a voter referendum.

Golisano is expected to place his support behind Bloomberg's opponents.
