The proposed Belleayre resort continues to prepare environmental and economic impact documents for the state as opponents stand firm in their opposition to it. Usually, the public face of developer Crossroads Ventures is Dean Gitter. But Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett today spoke with the man described as the number one investor in the Belleayre Resort.
