Commuters react to model of new Metro North train cars STAMFORD, CT (wshu) - Commuters in Stamford, CT yesterday had a chance to see a mock-up of the New Haven line rail cars that are expected to be put into service starting late next year. The state department of transportation parked a trailer in next to the train station, and on that trailer a large steel box with a full size model of the car's interior - complete with doors, seats, windows and a non working bathroom.
