China 150 Students Put Leadership Conference Skills to Work PLATTSBURGH, NY (WAMC) - In late August, 150 students from the earthquake ravaged Sichuan Province in China arrived in New York State to study at colleges throughout the SUNY system. Sixty-six of the "China 150" students have spent part of their winter break this week in Plattsburgh at a Leadership Conference.
