Strike Looms at Arms Acres and Conifer Park CARMEL, NY (WAMC) - Contract negotiations are continuing between management of two major substance abuse treatment centers and their more than six hundred unionized workers. Union negotiators say they are miles apart and workers are prepared to go on strike. Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett reports.
