Retro Animation brings us into the world of early animation; a world of dancing inanimate objects, hula dancers, sexy leading ladies and magical retelling of fairy tales all done with no more than pen or scissors and cut paper. Animators such as Max Fleischer, UB Iwerks and Lotte Reiniger. Included in the program will be “Betty Boop's Snow White”, Comic Cartoon's “Balloon Land” and Popeye's “A Dream Walking” .. a triumph of perspective drawing.
