PRI's The World - Geo Quiz Podcast 324
Where's the US Embassy?

Just about anyone in London can tell you how to get to Big Ben or the London Eye. But we're looking for directions to the US embassy. The embassy in London is one of the largest American diplomatic buildings in the world, big enough to accommodate 750 staffers. There's a golden eagle perched over the entrance. It looks out over a statue of General Eisenhower in front of the embassy. And the State Department has announced this historic landmark will soon be up for sale. We'll tell you why, after you guess where in London it's located.

The World's Geo Quiz tests your knowledge of world geography, and introduces you to fascinating people and places around the globe. The World is a US-based international news and analysis program co-produced by the BBC World Service, Public Radio International, and WGBH Boston.
