Clayton, SACS Spell Out Agreement on Accreditation Terms (2008-09-23)
On September 1, the Clayton County system became the first in the nation in 40 years to lose its accreditation. On Monday night, Superintendent John Thompson announced his plans to get the system's accreditation reinstated. Philip Graitcer reports.

911 Operator Says Fulton Communications Center "Hostile" Environment (2008-09-12)
Yesterday the Fulton County Personnel Board heard the county's 9-1-1 Center described as a high-stress workplace where co-workers often fought, and supervisors rarely reported harassment. Former employee Gina Conteh was appealing a ten-day suspension she received last year. Conteh was recently fired for botching an emergency call from a Johns Creek woman who later died.

Death Warrant Signed for Troy Davis (2008-09-03)

Fulton County 911 Center Audit Begins Today (2008-08-25)
Today a group of outside auditors begin a review of Fulton County's 9-1-1 center. The review was prompted by the death of a Johns Creek woman earlier this month, who waited nearly an hour for an ambulance.
