Posing for pictures at the future site of the Center for Civil and Human Rights, U-S Senator Johnny Isakson's mind doesn't stray far from Washington.

Later this week he returns to the Hill where he'll find out more on the government's $700-billion securities relief package.

"I caution people about using the term bail-out," says Isakson.

Isakson believes the government's action will stabilize world markets. But more than that, he says if the package buys out troubled securities at discounted rates, taxpayers could come out ahead.

"If it buys a trillion and a half or two trillion in securities it could actually be money well invested."

Isakason didn't get the chance to address Wall Street accountability or stiffening regulations before being pulled away. No doubt, he'll have to confront those questions upon returning to Washington.
