Anticipated lottery winner revealed

The almost month long mystery of who won a 133 million dollar lottery jackpot was solved yesterday.
And it turns out the winning family was spending their time wisely.
3 weeks separated the Mega Millions drawing and Thursday's announcement that the ticket was bought by Phyllis Skinner, a 60 year old mother and wife from Carrolton.
What were the Skinners doing all this time? Getting professional financial advice. They decided to incorporate before claiming their prize. Georgia Lottery Corporation head Margaret DeFrancisco applauds the family.
DEFRANCISCO: "It's really important when you're talking about such a sizable amount of money that you do get some people that you trust to help you make sure that you invest it for the future and that's what these folks have done."
The family says incorporating will allow them to make significant investments in the future.
