Center for Civil & Human Rights Location to be Announced
Coca-Cola owns the land, and has in the past offered to donate it to the Center.
Three years in the making, the Center chronicles Atlanta and Georgia's contributions to the ongoing struggle for civil and human rights.
A study released by Center officials says it will attract 650-thousand visitors a year.
The $125-million center is slated to break ground in 2009.
Today's announcement is scheduled for 10-30.

Those connected with the proposed Center for Civil and Human Rights have so far declined to say the building's exact location. But this morning's dedication is being held at the Ellipse at Pemberton Place which is just between the World of Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium.Coca-Cola owns the land, and has in the past offered to donate it to the Center.
