Georgia Tech H.O.T Camp

They won't be making smores at this camp but ...could probably build a robot that will do it for them.
20-students were selected to participate in a week long day camp with an emphasis on robotics and other engineering areas.
Lelay Conrad is the outreach director for the program:
((what we are hoping is by introducing them to electrical and computing engineering concepts we can attract them to undergraduate programs at Georgia Tech)
Conrad says this year's group is a diverse group of students.
To gauge the success of the program students will give feedback about their experience:
((we use that survey to plan for the next year's camp and we make sure the activities they enjoy coming years as well))
The Hands on Tech camp runs this week and another camp for middle school girls begins later this month.
