Atlanta Housing Authority Head Talks About Efforts to End Poverty

During the 1930s, The City of Atlanta was the first major U.S. city to build large public housing projects for its economically-disadvantaged citizens. It's also the first American city to replace them all with mixed-income, mixed-use communities. WABE's Steve Goss talks with Renee Lewis Glover, the president and CEO of the Atlanta Housing Authority, about those efforts.
