ATLANTA, GA (WABE) - On Friday, Feb. 17th, construction equipment maker Caterpillar announced it will build a big new plant near Athens, creating some 1,400 jobs. It's the latest announcement of new manufacturing jobs in Georgia. But, for years, the state has hunted different sorts of jobs, in biotech and information technology. So, what's happening?
