On Behalf of Foreclosed Homeowner, Occupiers Arrested at Chase Branch
Kevin Brownstein was there, but was not arrested. He says Occupiers will continue to help the Pittman family avoid eviction.
"This isn't just about the Pittman family. This is about all the foreclosures, and all the families who are getting evicted. We want to draw a line in the sand and we're putting our foot down," said Brownstein.
Eloise Pittman had lived in the home since 1953. After she passed away last November, her daughter was faced with paying off her mother's refinanced home loan of $400,000.
Occupiers say it was predatory.
