The restaurant is long gone, but the memories and the food live on in a cookbook that itself is celebrating a quarter century this year. It's the Frances Virginia Tea Room Cookbook, and the author is Millie Coleman. Earlier we stopped by her kitchen, where she showed us how to make a pumpkin pie in the Frances Virginia fashion.
