WEVO -yes
KSKA - Yes

What does that consist of?

KQED-n/a
KUOW-We pair them up on practice shifts so they can get used to the verbage and rhythm of pitching. They also have cheat sheets with phrases and factoids to familiarize them with our pitching content and style. Then lots of feedback and coaching.
KWMU-It consists of our program director going through new scripts, ideas, etc. with staff. Those who are new to the system have the opportunity to rehearse pitch breaks off-air.
KOPB- Same on-air coaching other staff receive. The development staff also provides extensive written backgrounder info to all on-air pitching teams.
WPLN - n/a
WKSU- n/a
WEVO - Over the years, NHPR has followed a standard format for pitching developed by our Program Director. Before every drive the drive coordinators brief the staff on the expectations for the drive and the premiums/thank you gifts. Everyone who will be pitching goes through a brief training to dust away the cobwebs and gin up the energy.
KSKA - same on air coaching that the guests get
KBIA - n/a
