Gang Violence in ENC NEW BERN, NC (pre) - Wayne County recently experienced gang related violence in the form of a drive by shooting. In an effort to combat the emerging gang presence, the Wayne County Sheriff's office has formed a gang task force, which will focus on gang suppression and providing awareness to schools and the community.
