Spring Garden Day is an annual day-long program of gardening classes for local gardeners. The keynote speaker of the day is Willi Galloway, an award winning radio commentator, writer and former editor at Organic Gardening Magazine. She is the author of Grow, Cook, Eat, a beautiful book that both inspires and educates, providing practical how to gardening advice along with tips on harvesting and cooking vegetables. A variety of other exciting gardening classes focused on gardening locally will be presented by Master Gardeners and local experts. It will be a day full of garden learning and fun. Call the WSU Benton County Extension office in Kennewick at 735-3551 to register.
