Local Music Scene. 03.24.2009 (niprfm) - Fort Wayne area theaters and facilities say they've been able to bring in more high profile acts than ever before as fans support the concerts more than ever before!

The recently sold out "Down the Line" concert at the Embassy, featuring all local musicians, is just one indication that Fort Wayne's music scene is growing at a healthy pace.

But why now? Why at a time when people can't look through a newspaper without seeing headlines filled with the words "bankruptcy" and "foreclosure." Apparently, the answer isn't obvious.
