This program is for adults and/or families wanting to assemble a boat project of their choosing. The museum will provide all the tools, supplies and expertise to help you build your boat. Families can work together with small children to assemble a boat. You may choose from a six hour canoe, a one person kayak, a Bevin's Skiff, a Optimist Sailboat Dinghy, or a paddleboard. This is the only class that is available to build the Opti Sailboat and the Paddleboard. You do not have to be a woodworker, just someone who will work hard to create a beautiful boat that you will be proud to take out on the lakes. Women are encouraged to register! At the end of the session, a special launching on Lake Wentworth will be held to celebrate the completion of the craft.
