Winter weather closes parts of I-80 LINCOLN, NE (NET Radio) - Roads and highways in western and north-central Nebraska remain closed because of wintry weather in the area. The falling snow and heavy winds closed stretches of Interstate 80 in the west, as well as other roads in the region.

Forecasters with the National Weather Service in North Platte say some areas have received up to six inches of snow. But the weather is expected to clear up overnight for most of the state. © Copyright 2013, NET Radio
