Filing help offered for non-taxpayers Saturday LINCON, NE (NET Radio) - Some 100,000 Nebraskans receive Social Security or veterans' benefits but don't pay taxes. The IRS will hold sessions Saturday to help those and others file returns in order to receive payments under the nation's $150 billion economic stimulus plan.
