Dems practicing for caucuses
(NET Radio) - Nebraska Democrats will hold their presidential caucuses February ninth. The idea seems simple enough: The more supporters of each candidate turn out, the more delegates she, or he, will get at the nominating convention. But because the caucus process is new to Nebraska, organizers have been running practice sessions.
