Strong crop prices soften blow of economic slowdown
(2008-01-28)
(NET Radio) - Strong Ag markets are helping Nebraska ride out the current slowdown in the nation's economy. But experts say that may not last forever.

Brad Lubben, an Ag economist with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and other experts from UNL will take part in a statewide conference this week focused on the Ag economy. Meetings will take place Monday through Friday in Sidney, Cozad, Norfolk, Syracuse and Geneva.
