(NET Radio) -
Two thirds of rural voters surveyed in a national poll said they feel the country is generally going in the wrong direction. More than half somewhat or strongly disapprove of the President's job performance. And by a few percentage points, voters said they'd likely favor Democrats over Republicans in 2008 if elections were held today. The poll of more than 800 voters from across the U-S, including Nebraska, was commissioned by the non-partisan Center for Rural Strategies in Whitesburg, Kentucky.
