Teens banned from chatting and driving
(NET Radio) - In his veto message, Heineman criticized the bill as substituting state government for the wisdom, judgment and responsibility of parents. The governor said the problem should be handled by personal responsibility, not legislation. But Senator John Harms of Scottsbluff, sponsor of the bill, said it would help save teenagers lives, and asked his fellow senators to override the veto. © Copyright 2017, NET Radio
