Amber Harris murder suspect charged LINCOLN, NE (NET Radio) - Officials say 53-year-old convicted sex offender Roy Ellis Junior of Omaha is being charged with first-degree murder in the death of Amber Harris. Her remains were found May eleventh in Hummel Park in far northeast Omaha -- six months after she disappeared from her school bus stop. Ellis was questioned about the murder last year, partly because he lives near the spot where Harris' backpack was found.
