Artists on the outside welcomed in LINCOLN, NE (NET Radio) - An art exhibit opening at the Sheldon Museum in Lincoln features work from artists who often have little or no formal training, but feel compelled to create. For some local artists with mental illness, outside art can be a way to reach the mainstream.
