The 150th anniversary of the Morrill Act

One hundred and fifty years ago this month, congress passed the Morrill Act. Even though it is often overshadowed by two other laws passed in 1862 - The Homestead Act and the Pacific Railway Act - The Morrill Act changed an American institution - college education. Jerry Johnston has more.
