Polygraph reliability questioned in controversial murder case

(NET Radio) - As part of a documentary on a controversial murder investigation in Cass County, Nebraska, Bill Kelly of NET News discovered that doubts have been raised about the polygraph given Matt Livers. The examiners opinion that Livers was being deceptive lead to a lengthy police interrogation and a confession from Livers that was later found to be false. © Copyright 2014, NET Radio
