Survey looks at trends among working women
Deb Holst of Nebraska Women Work! says the goal is to find out more about working conditions for Nebraska women:
"We only make 72 percent to what men make in Nebraska; we are ranked 49th nationally in supervisory positions," she says. "We have one of the highest states where women participate in the workforce; however they have one of the lowest rates of pay."
Women age 18 or older who are working or looking for work and are not full-time students are invited to take the survey through February first. The results will be released to the public next spring.
