Keystone XL landowner negotiations questioned
(2010-11-19)
(NET Radio) - Opponents of TransCanada's proposed Keystone XL oil pipeline are raising questions about the company's negotiations with landowners. They say some agreements to build the pipeline through private land may be invalid because a letter sent to landowners raising the option of eminent domain was sent before the company achieved that authority. A Keystone spokesman says there was nothing inappropriate about the letter. Grant Gerlock reports. © Copyright 2013, NET Radio
