Kofoed trial preview
(2010-03-15)
(NET Radio) - What was already a complicated court case became even more of a tangle now that a judge has allowed a second case of alleged evidence tampering to be introduced as evidence against crime scene investigator David Kofoed. The trial is scheduled to begin the morning in Cass County District Court. Kofoed is accused of planting the blood of murder victims Wayne and Sharmon Stock in an effort to make a case against two men later cleared of any involvement in the killings.
