Crime Scene Investigator faces new evidence tampering allegations
PLATTSMOUTH, NEBRASKA

David Kofoed is scheduled to go on trial later this month on evidence tampering charges related to a double homicide case in Murdock, Nebraska four years ago.
In advance of that trial, the special prosecutor claimed Kofoed has a pattern of planting evidence in an unrelated murder case. Bill Kelly of NET News was in the courtroom when the accusation was made public.
