State employees' largest union considers pay freeze

(NET Radio) - The largest state employees union says it's considering a request by Governor Dave Heineman for state employees to forgo their scheduled pay raise. Clay Masters reports.

By way of full disclosure, some NET employees are state employees, and some of those are NAPE/AFSCME members.
