First time homebuyer credit extended, may not help rural Nebraska CHADRON, NE (NET Radio) - A bill extending the federal first-time home-buyer tax credit to the end of April has passed both houses of Congress. It also includes an opportunity for repeat buyers. Both Nebraska U-S Senators voted for the bill.
