CSI Commander on Trial in Omaha

(NET Radio) - EXTENDED INTERVIEW - David Kofoed, Douglas County's CSI commander, is charged with mishandling blood evidence from the invesigation of a double murder in 2006, when Wayne and Sharmon Stock were shot and killed in their rural Cass County home. Federal prosecutors say Kofoed made mistakes that kept two innocent men in jail. Kofoed says any mistakes he made do not add up to criminal negligence.
