Blue Flint Ethanol manager pushing E-15 blend BISMARCK, ND (Prairie Public) - The public comment period on allowing a 15 percent ethanol blend with gasoline -- WITHOUT restricting its use to flex fuel vehicles -- is coming to a close.
And the general manager of the Blue Flint Ethanol plant near Underwood says he hopes people will get behind an E-15 blend.
