Study Links Migrating Birds With Climate Change OSWEGO, NY (wrvo) - Researchers at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry are releasing a study linking migrating birds with climate change.

Researchers compared data collected in the early 1980's with more recent information, finding many species have extended their range boundaries to the north.
