Niobrara depletion concerns officials LINCOLN, NE (NET Radio) - When Jackie Canterbury looks out over her three miles of Niobrara riverfront property, she sees grass-covered sand dunes and forests of Ponderosa pines. She says she's concerned that drought and over-irrigation will deplete the river and hurt the area's farmers, tourists, and wildlife.
