This week, the Sheldon Museum of Art has opened MIGRATIONS, an exhibition of works from six Native American artists who have completed residencies at the Tamarind Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico, or Crow's Shadow Institute of the Arts in Pendleton, Oregon. Sheldon Education Director Karen Janovy drops by to preview the show and the upcoming lecture by artist Marie Watt on Tuesday, February 16th. The Ross Media Arts Center welcomes Omaha native Patrick Coyle and his new movie, INTO TEMPTATION, starring Kristin Chenoweth and Brian Baumgartner, opening on Friday, February 12th. Also, the Lincoln Community Playhouse opens WORKING on Friday, February 12th. It's an extraordinary musical based on Studs Terkel’s best-selling book of interviews with American workers expressing their hopes, dreams, joys, and concerns. We also welcomes new Executive Director Morrie Enders for a chat. And, a statewide arts calendar and William Kloefkorn's Poetry of the Plains.
