Sully's Hill destination for birders, wildlife enthusiasts DEVILS LAKE, ND (NDPR) - In 1904, President Theodore Roosevelt set aside about 16-hundred acres near Devils Lake, North Dakota as part of a national park. Today, that park is known as Sully's Hill National Game Preserve, and is managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
