Advocates hoping the 'Violence Against Women Act' will be renewed

North Dakota advocates for victims of domestic violence say they are hoping Congress will re-authorize the federal Violence Against Women Act. As Prairie Public's Dave Thompson reports, that act -- originally passed in 1994 with bi-partisan support -- expired last year.
