Feedlot dispute now before state Supreme Court BISMARCK, ND (Prairie Public) - The attorney for a rural Morton County man who wants to build a new house says the Morton County Commission has allowed two competing land uses -- by first issuing the man a building permit, then issuing a permit for a new feedlot within a quarter-mile of the proposed house.
