Former workers compensation director appealing conviction BISMARCK, ND (Prairie Public) - The attorney for former Workforce Safety and Insurance executive director Sandy Blunt says Blunt's conviction of one court of mis-appropriating state money should be dismissed -- because the judge threw out part of the basis for that charge.
