Chu: US needs new "Industrial Revolution" to reduce CO2

BISMARCK, ND (NDPR) - Federal Energy Secretary Steven Chu says a $100 million grant to Basin Electric Power Cooperative is one of several agency initiatives to reduce carbon dioxide pollution from coal.
