ND inviting MN energy commission to look at carbon capture BISMARCK, ND (Prairie Public) - The co-chairman of the Minnesota Legislative Energy Commission says he'd like to bring his Commission members to North Dakota to look at some of the facilities for carbon capture.

But DFL State Representative Bill Hilty of Finlayson says given the state's budget constraints, he doesn't know if that's possible.
